Samsung has officially announced three Bada 2.0 powered handsets to debut at IFA in Berlin this week – the Wave 3, Wave M and Wave Y.
Diving right into specs, we’ll start with the flagship Wave 3, which features a 1.4GHz processor, 4-inch WVGA Super AMOLED display, 5 megapixel camera, 720p HD recording, VGA front-facing camera, 3GB of memory (32GB microSD) and HSPA 14.4 connectivity.

No word yet on pricing or availablility but, again, Samsung is set to reveal more during IFA.
Samsung will debut the Galaxy Tab 7.7, Wave 3 and Galaxy Note on September 1st
