Samsung has officially announced three Bada 2.0 powered handsets to debut at IFA in Berlin this week – the Wave 3, Wave M and Wave Y.

Diving right into specs, we’ll start with the flagship Wave 3, which features a 1.4GHz processor, 4-inch WVGA Super AMOLED display, 5 megapixel camera, 720p HD recording, VGA front-facing camera, 3GB of memory (32GB microSD) and HSPA 14.4 connectivity.

No word yet on pricing or availablility but, again, Samsung is set to reveal more during IFA.

Samsung will debut the Galaxy Tab 7.7, Wave 3 and Galaxy Note on September 1st

Samsung wil unveil the Galaxy Tab 7.7, Wave 3 and Galaxy Note during the IFA commerce present next hebdomad

There aren’t any solid details beyond that, but its safe to assume that the Galaxy Tab 7.7 will be sporting a 7.7-inch screen (in keeping with the naming scheme on the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 8.9). In all likeliness it will also tally an approximation of Android Honeycomb.

TIMN also billet that the Wave 3 is likely to be a smartphone run the intelligence printing of the Bada OS. 

The Galaxy Note, on the other hand is a complete mystery. But Slashgear suggests that it could be another abacus.
