HTC Flyer tablet up for pre-sale at Best Buy on April 25

Best Buy has announced that it will put the upcoming HTC Flyer Android tablet up for pre-sale starting on April 25. Interested customers can head to Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile stores on that date and put down $499 to be among the first to have HTC’s latest tablet. The Flyer is a 7-inch tablet with a 1.5GHz processor. It runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread with HTC’s custom Sense interface that has been specifically designed for tablets. The Flyer has a unique, pen-based interface option called Scribe. Best Buy did not say when the Flyer will be actually be available, only alluding to “later this spring.”
